Terms of Use

1 Adult-Only Service (18+)

The Service is intended only for adults. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher);
• you will not allow any minor to access the Service through your account, device, or network access you control; and
• you understand the Service may contain sexually explicit content.

We have zero tolerance for any content involving minors (see Section 8).

2 Acceptance & Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the current version. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

3 Accounts & Security

Certain features may require creating an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate and current information (including age where requested);
• keep your login credentials secure; and
• be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected unauthorized access or misuse.

4 AI / Automated Interactions Disclosure

The Service includes AI features and may include automated or AI-assisted chat, AI-generated text or media, recommendation systems, and automated moderation (“AI Features”).

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• some interactions, messages, or content may be generated or assisted by AI;
• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or offensive;
• you will use judgment and not rely on AI output as factual, professional, or legal advice; and
• the Service may not guarantee that interactions are with a real person unless explicitly stated.

5 User Content & License

“User Content” means any content you submit, post, display, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service, including profiles, text, images, videos, audio, and messages.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you grant the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, display, distribute, modify (for formatting, safety, and compliance), and otherwise use your User Content as needed to:

• operate, provide, and maintain the Service;
• enforce these Terms and prevent abuse, fraud, and illegal activity;
• comply with legal obligations; and
• improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide your User Content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

6 Consent, Sexual Content & User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any sexual content you send or post is lawful and consensual. You agree not to pressure, coerce, manipulate, or threaten others into sexual acts or sharing sexual content.

You also agree to respect user settings and boundaries and not to send explicit content where the recipient has not opted in or where it is prohibited by product controls or law.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• violate any law or regulation;
• harass, threaten, stalk, extort, defraud, or harm others;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your age or identity;
• send spam or engage in scams, phishing, or deceptive solicitation;
• attempt to bypass security, moderation systems, or access controls;
• scrape, harvest, or collect information from users without consent;
• distribute malware, interfere with the Service, or attempt unauthorized access;
• use the Service in a way that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

9 Moderation & Enforcement

We may (but are not obligated to) monitor, review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts. We may use automated tools (including AI) to detect prohibited content and abuse.

We may preserve or disclose information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to:

• comply with law or legal process;
• enforce these Terms; or
• protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or the Service.

10 No Subscription Required (At Launch)

At launch, the Service does not require a subscription to access basic features. We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or premium tiers in the future. If we do, additional terms, disclosures, and pricing will be presented at the time of purchase and will apply to those paid features.

11 Safety & User Interactions

You are solely responsible for your interactions with others and for any decisions you make based on content on the Service (including AI-generated content). Use caution when communicating with strangers and meeting in person.

We do not guarantee user identity verification unless explicitly stated.

12 Intellectual Property

The Service (excluding User Content) including software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by the Service or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

13 Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, pose a risk to other users, or for legal or security reasons.

Sections intended to survive termination (including licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms) will survive.

14 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content (including AI output) is accurate or appropriate.

15 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED $100 USD (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

16 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service and its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

17 Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in [VENUE], unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18 Copyright Complaints (DMCA-Style Process)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes:

1. your contact info;
2. identification of the copyrighted work;
3. identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears;
4. a statement of good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; and
5. a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
